I would not recommend this doctor. He may be good at other procedures but not a tummy tuck. I paid him good money for poor work and he has all the excuses why he created this horrible shape for me. I have a heavy top which I didn’t have before and I look 6 months pregnant also. Poor work.

Dr. Lyos did my breast augmentation (which had an underlying issue ) a few months ago, and the outcome is fabulous...perfect...exactly as discussed prior to surgery. He is an artist and a genius!... very meticulous and methodical. And everyone on his staff is very nice and accommodating. Totally recommend!

I had a breast lift and reduction procedure done by Dr. Lyos in late May and so far my results have exceeded my expectations. He truly listened to my concern. Staff, nurses and patient assistants are very friendly and professional. Overall a life changing experience!

I had neck and chin liposuction with Dr. Lyos under local anesthesia, and I am thrilled with my results. The surgery was completely painless, and I was presently surprised with the short recovery time. I have always been extremely self-conscious of my neck fat and just could not seem to lose the fat with weight loss. I asked Dr. Lyos if he thought I needed a chin implant in addition to the neck lipo and he said I did not. I was pleased that he was not trying to sell me on any extra procedures but rather trying to help my confidence. As I was awake for my surgery, I was impressed that I never felt any pain. From his skill in numbing, it was clear he is extremely experienced. He was extraordinarily precise, and I have close to no fat under my chin now and a new very defined jawline. It used to be hard for me to look in the mirror and now I actually like my reflection. This was absolutely life changing in increasing my self-confidence. I recommend Dr. Lyos he did an amazing job on my liposuction, was incredibly nice, professional, and most importantly he is clearly a skilled surgeon!

I do not recommend using this surgeon for any procedure based on my horrible experience. I feel my surgical result is unacceptable, and have seen other surgeons about my outcome to seek advice on what can be done and what may have gone wrong. My experience has been that my concerns and dissatisfaction have not been addressed by this provider and that communication from the office and provider has ceased. If something goes wrong, please ask yourself - is this the treatment you would desire?

Furthermore, I have felt this provider has acted annoyed and rushed in appointments as well as the morning of my surgery, and has attempted to negate my concerns. This experience has made me question the validity of some of the positive reviews I have read, as this is not the experience that I encountered. I am extremely disappointed in this provider, what has been done to my body, and the treatment I have received.

I would not wish this experience on anyone, and I hope this review helps someone else from making the terrible mistake that I made in trusting this provider.If anyone else experiences poor patient/customer service, negative medical and/or surgical outcomes from this business and provider, one can make a complaint to the surgery center, the building owner (SCA), the Texas medical board, and the Better Business Bureau. Call the Houston Lawyer referral center and talk to a malpractice lawyer if you feel you may have a medical malpractice case. Don't give up.

Dr. Lyos did my lower face lift in Dec 2016 and my cool sculpting in Jan-Feb 2017. His work is amazing. I look 15 years younger and my friends could not tell that I had a face lift (even at 6 weeks post op); instead, they thought I looked better bc I left my former job! His work is natural looking and he has a wonderful bed side manner. Very patient centered and his staff are wonderful as well. He is very meticulous and that is a quality I wanted in a plastic surgeon. I am a forever patient.

What a GREAT doctor. He did a face and neck lift on me along with eyelid surgery. After studying up on many plastic surgeons in the Houston area I chose Dr. Lyos because of all the good reviews. It has been nine months since my surgery and everyone I know has commented on what a fantastic job he did. I look almost 12 years younger and feel great also. Now my grand babies have a new and rejuvenated Mimi. If you are looking for the Best he is your Doctor!

I had a tummy tuck and breast lift in August. Everything went very smooth. He is an excellent doctor. I wish I had done it years ago!
