Dr. Matsuo has been my doctor for over 15 years now, she is extremely proficient in her work, attention to detail, time management, and never rushes you if you need to discuss things further. I have never had a bad experience with her doctoring skills!!!

This doctor is the most caring, knowledgeable doctor who goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are ok emotionally and physically. She is truly the best doctor I've witnessed in my life and I've had bad doctors and good ones.

She is a horrible doctor.
Always insulting and makes comments about weight.
Dismissed my concerns about a bulge I had and said it was a “fat pocket”,
ended up being a hernia.
I had to fight tooth and nail to see a rheumatologist when she said I didn’t have arthritis.
I was loaded with arthritis both rheumatoid and osteoarthritis.
She always has the ability to make you feel bad.
She NEVER saids anything to build a person up.
Would definitely NOT recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Matsuo is a compassionate and professional family physician. She has been very supportive to our daughter who has a chronic illness. She always listens to our concerns and answers our questions. We are very blessed to have her as our family doctor.
