Secretary rude and unorganized . Never follows up or calls back. Takes months to get an apointment and when you do go for an appointment secretary forgot to actually schedule it in the computer so the dr is already done for the day. waited over 25 minutes for apointment. Secretary I too involved in the apointment. Not very private at all. When dr moved and dropped all patients, secretary failed to notify me and my two kids and husband. Assumed , " would have heard the news already and didn't think to call". No follow up to have Meds refilled as dr dropped all patients suddenly without notice or reason. Secretary said she would place on list for nearest doc but didn't and am not left without a dr or how to get one . Doctor provided my personal information to my mother in law when she asked her questions about me and my health and kids !! extremely unprofessional and truly invasive to my privacy . Dogs running outside in parking area.

So disappointed in the doctor who places too much authority in her secretary, Linda. The secretary triages over the phone, does not seem to care about patients that need to be seen. It is amazing that the secretary has so much authority, is not accountable or organized. How can the secretary give medical results to patients? Typically it is the doctor who does that. The secretary is absolutely the most RUDE person I have ever met.
Dr. Chambers is nice, but is also unorganized. I work in healthcare and have a difficult time with disorganization. The secretary is a direct reflection of the doctor. I would recommend hiring a more professional secretary. It's sad that the people in the Pontiac are stuck with such poor medical providers and office staff.

Having been on Johnson Lake for over 50 years, Dr. Karen Chambers is one gem of an asset to the lakes residents, as well as the residents of Ladysmith and surrounding area. I have always found her to be very professional.

Dr. Chambers is an awesome doctor. She's a doctor who cares about her patients, something you don't see very often anymore. It's also very easy to make an appointment, unlike some other family doctors where it takes months before you get to see them for an appointment.

Never on time! Secretary unorganized. Never calls back with test results!Her kids are running around everywhere!

Dr. Chambers is one of the best doctors that I have had in mymlife. She take the time to listen to what I have to say. She has been the lead doctor with my battle against depression and anxiety. Without her I don't know where I'd be today.

I like her very much, but I find that she does not use preventative medicine. She does not suggest tests for osteo or mammograms or colonoscopy that men and women should be getting at a certain age.
