Dr. Talco saved my life! He is different but took me under his wing!

He is the most arrogant incompetent brain dead doctor there is.He does not listen does not follow up puts off treatment does not send in referrals for specialist .Believe me I have the proof.I had to drop him and pay at a private clinic to get care which ended up I have cancer.H e should have his licence revoked.He is a total idiot.

If you have a death wish, then he is fine. Otherwise, you are better off with Healthcare from Mickey Mouse. Doesn't read files, listens to nobody, even specialists. He should be forced to retire and have his medical license revoked.

Ignores his patients requests, thinks he knows better than other doctors . Doesn’t listen to reason. Shows up late wakes up patients to do rounds. Never wants to speak to the family about concerns many complaints made regarding his care by family members .. think twice

Meeting Dr. Talco was hitting the lottery! He addressed most of my concerns in one appointment, which would have taken multiple appointments with other doctors. He is a library of information, he took time to educate and listen to my concerns. He was so kind, genuine and had a great sense of humour to top it all off. Michelle the secretary of the office also very kind, helpful, and very informative with the questions
I had. One of the best doctor experiences I ever had, I am extremely thankful for being assigned to this doctor.

I don't understand why so many people are praising talco because he caused the death of my stepdad in 2018. He was on call that weekend and the nurses in the ICU could NOT reach him for 2 days!! My stepdad needed talco to direct the ICU staff as to what they could do to help him stay alive and as comfortable as possible, but during the second night of trying to reach talco, my stepdad went into respiratory and heart failure and no matter what the ICU nurses tried to do he passed away. There were many other issues that came about in those 2 days when talco was MIA, but I won't get into all the details. The ICU staff had to treat my stepdad to the best of their abilities which they did very well,,, as well as they were capable of doing but they were very compassionate. I won't go into any other details because I will be typing for a long time!! I recommend you and your family go to a different hospital if that is feasible,,, it could save your life... Oh, the nursing staff in the ICU were amazing (except for a nurse named Luc,,, he is USELESS and barely speaks English) !!! As for talco,,, if you value your life and the lives of your loved ones, go to a different hospital!!! Take the positive comments in this rating section into consideration because although talco is knowledgeable, he is not trustworthy what so ever!!!

Doctor Talko is a true professional I was in trauma at the shawville hospital this man/doctor/Angle completely took care of the situation calmed me down and made me better the Shawville Hospital and its professional staff are second too none thanks people like dr. Talko. Dr Smith is my family doctor and she is awesome as well . The Nurses are the best Trish and the Shawville hospital is absolutely fantastic thank you very much

Dr. Talko has moved different clinics, no longer at Lotus. He is only open Monday,Tuesday and Friday AFTERNOONS only.

Dr Talko cares more about delivering babies than patient care. He deliberately will strip and stretch expecting mother’s so they deliver to work around his schedule not the babies. He takes too many risks , cares nothing about the mothers pain . He is pushy and doesn’t listen to the experienced nurses who care for his patients. He’s argumentative, flighty , usually late , and a hoarder. So cheap he left a well staffed office to a no secretary office and a phone in his pocket to make appointments what kind of doctor and practice is that. The medical board needs to hear about his practice it’s ridiculous
