Dr Ireland has minimal knowledge and will not allow you to get tests to check on things. He thinks he knows a lot but his mindset is stuck in the 70's. Does not care about people at all

Dr. Ireland does not have patients. He has billing numbers. He will not see patients in person. His wife who works in his office told my wife that she had cancer. It took weeks and another doctor to confirm that she did not. If there were another doctor around taking patients, I would change immediately.

He can be a good doctor but needs to truly understand patients better. A family member was his patient and we tried to express our concerns about their health over the years. Instead of testing we asked for, he just passed over the concerns. Then when things progressed it was too late. He has really let us down. His business grew too fast, and his patients becsme a number. He has obviously never had depression or anxiety because he has stupid ideas for "getting over it. " People's lives are on the line, he needs to help when a family members raise red flags. I know it's not an easy profession but he disappointed us when our family needed him most.

Good doctor if you can wait the eternity it will take you to get an appointment. My back was out so I called in hoping to see him that week at least, was told the next available opening was 13 office days away and I have been his patient for 28 years! Good doctor, good man, too many patients not enough time.

My 76 year old mother is a patient of Dr Ireland. She has had a very sore back, had ex-rays done on her back 2 weeks ago. Dr. Ireland waited 2 weeks to tell her she had a BROKEN BACK! How does a Doctor not think to call his patient sooner about something like that? Not even to ask her how she is feeling! Most Doctors call their patients right away when something is wrong. Not Dr Ireland, he waited until her next appointment which was 2 weeks later. He knew she must have been in great pain. My sisters tried to get her in sooner but they were told by the receptionist that he was too busy. I'm so disgusted in him! I'm so glad his not my doctor.

Great doctor but impossible to make an appointment. Staff does not seem to care that even if you're on hold at noon, they cut you off for their lunch. Customer Service Kids!!! It's key.
