Overall great experience! Superb doctor. I had debilitating next pain for years. Dr. Tomac performed ACDF on me 6 months ago. Doing awesome ever since! Got my life back!! I only wish I would have seen him earlier for neck surgery! I'm now back to work thanks to him. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Tomac is one of the most knowledgable and caring neurosurgeons out there. After numerous failed surgeries by other doctors and years of debilitating back pain, Dr. Tomac performed fusion reconstruction on me and for the first time in many years, I am now pain free. Leading up to my surgery, Dr. Tomac took the time to explain my films and surgical options to me and my husband helping to ease my apprehensions. I highly recommend this surgeon and would refer my friends and family to him.

This Dr just about destroyed me! He operated on my back to fuse L5-S1. I woke up in extreme pain and unable to walk. He claimed something must have shifted and went back in the next day. Again, woke up in severe pain and unable to walk. A week later I found another surgeon to fix me. CT scan showed Dr Tomac drilled/screwed into vertebrae many times and left 6 empty screw holes, and drilled right through both nerve roots leaving me unable to walk without intense rehab, and a lot of residual nerve pain in legs and feet, still 6 months later. Dr knew he screwed up because he no longer visited me in hospital room again after second surgery. I ended up with 3 surgeries in a week on the same spot, including the one that another Dr fixed me. AVOID DR TOMAC AT ALL COSTS!.
