I don't have very much respect for dr office that dont respect people's time. This clinic is obviously run by inept monkeys that only know how to make appointments but not how to keep them! Dr. Yasser Khan: you might be a star doctor, but take a look why your patients have to wait 2-3 hrs to see you! Nobody tells me upon confirm'n that the appt will have 2-3 hrs waiting time. What a waste! Will call Min. of Health to make sure I don't get charged for their inefficiencies! Left the appt b4 seeing the dr for another commitment.

Dr. Khan himself appears knowledgeable and tries to be helpful if you can get a hold of him which is quite a rare incident. Unfortunately, they overbook excessive number of patients and then staff and Doctors run around like headless chickens to catch up with overflowing crowd. Brace yourself for long waiting time with at least 2 to 3 extra hours. The staff at Brampton office is somewhat more civil but the Mississauga staff act like cowboys of the wild West.

Terrible staff, not empathetic at all, not helpful at all, its as if they are doing you a favour and its a big bother that you are there.

Yasser is a fraud! Botched the eye during operation and just patched the eye up saying everything was ok. He has paid for all these reviews with 5 stars. Operation was scheduled later in the morning but called and forced and threatened saying that if we dont arrive within 1 hour early in the morning then there will be no operation. We are suing this doctor for MALPRACTICE - CARROT EYE CLINIC SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! An operation supposed to take 30 minutes according to him, actually took over 8 hours with double dose of full body anesthesia given to the patient. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! We are doing all we can to close this down. ANY PATIENT WHO HAS HAD MALPRACTICE WITH HIM PLEASE COME FORWARD TO OUR CASE.

I have gone to 6 ophthalmologists over a span of over 35 years and had one very botched tear duct surgery back in the 80s. Every dr. Said the same thing; for my tear duct to be fixed I would have to live with a scar on my face. One dr. Actually took it upon himself to draw the scar on my face with a sharpie marker ( nooooo, that wasn't demeaning at alllll). My friend referred me to Dr. Khan. This man is a quiet genus and has a lovely bedside manner. HE operated on my tear duct, going up through my nose (what they "endo") and fixed my constantly weeping eye then and there. The hospital (Credit Valley) is beautiful. The nurses are superb. The only thing is, because Dr. khan and his associates are in such high demand the wait times at the clinic can be long. I look it this way: we all are here to fix a problem, the dr will get to all of us eventually. Would it be kind to wish someone gone just so my wait was shorter? That's just plan selfish. This team is worth the wait. Dr. Khan fixed a problem that affected every facet of my social, academic, and professional life. None of the others could. I owe him more than I can express. Best doctor ever.

WORST OFFICE EVER, ALL THE GOOD COMMENTS ARE LIES. I HAD TO WAIT OVER 4 HOURS FOR AN APPOINTMENT, RUDE STAFF, AND MANGER. THE OFFICE IS VERY UNHYGIENIC, AND SUPER HOT WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME EVEN WHEN I WANTED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT, ITS A SCAM. NEVER EVER GO HERE.

Excessive consultation fees. Did not share that there were multiple types of surgical options, and that his particular technique might not the best one for me. Tried to sell me on multiple procedures which I did not need, which is fine I understand he wanted to make the maximum fees from me possible - however given the first and second points it indicates that his revenue and not my needs were at the forefront.
