I had gone to a Podiatrist (foot) over 2 months ago and that Dr recommended diabetic shoes and a fitting. I learned that only a Doctor can sign for this, and my health provider is a PA. I got an appointment and saw the Dr, and he would not committ to a timeline on when I could get information to push this along. I left my health provider due to his incompetence and since I did Dr. Hadden now will not sign, even though I had been waiting over 2 months. Don't use this Dr, unless you like waiting months for something that will never be done. They do not care at this clinic. All they want is the money.

I was early for a 11 am appointment, however I was seen approximately 20 minutes later. I was then asked to complete a questionnaire about my personal drug & alcohol abuse, which apparently mandatory. The purpose of my visit was to simply get a order for some x-rays, and hopefully get some relief for my chronic back and foot pain. Which was been bothering me off and on for weeks. The guy does not listen to a word you tell him, and is an expert on absolutely nothing in the medical field in my opinion. He asked me, "why are you seeking the help of a pain care specialist". I just thought to myself, "because obviously you cannot provide me any medical assistance whatsoever". Because, once again I have wasted time and money commuting all the way to Aumsville and being told to take Motrin for chronic pain. I explained to him that I couldn't get an appointment with the specialist for at least 2 weeks... I did not appreciate that he didn't listen to a work that I said. The guy is a joke!!!

Dr. Hadden is personable, punctual and has been pretty knowledgeable regarding my issues. I appreciate his demeanor and I think does a great job with his family practice.

Let's just say they need to be more knowledgeable when it comes to there practice. I gave birth in Oct 2007 and during the 2 hr pushing with Dr Hotan without even offering another solution on why the baby is not coming out I snapped my pelvic ligament meaning my bones did not seperate she should have known that the first hour. I was also paralized for 4 months and had to re learn to walk because the position my legs were in for the 2 hours caused me to lose all musclel mass in my legs she also did not tell me to relaxe my legs at all through the pushing. Now imagine being 21 and having your first baby and cant even walk him around because your paralized and on top of that Dr Hotan And Hadden had NO IDEA what was going on. Well to top it off Dr Hadden perscribed me narcotics and that was supposed to fix everything. Well Its 2009 I still have severe back and pelvic pain. You tell me if they are the right Dr's for you. I will now have to have a C section on my all next children. Thank you

PA Karen Colville discussed controversial info in front of my adolescent daughter without my permission. PA seems arrogant and has been wrong on more than one account regarding diagnosis. Dr. Hadden won't hesitate to put you on narcotics but then treats you like a drug addict while you are on them. Dr. Hotan is fairly knowledgeable but makes poor judgement calls. Deanna and Dawn in the office are great and Andie, one of the nurses, is very kind. Some of the other office staff is very rude and acts like you are inconvieniencing them when you call to leave a message for your doc. Overall I would not recommend the Aumsville Medical Clinic for someone who wants to be treated fairly and with respect.

Regarding pregnancy care. This physician doesn't do pelvic exams to check baby and dilation on weekly visits. This clinic has a PA and another physician. Dr. Hotan seems to be caring and more knowledgable than Dr. Hadden. The PA Patricia Coville makes judgements about patients and can be rude. She hangs up on patients. All the doctors and PA seem to think everyone is a drug addict and accuses the patient of this. The continuity of care between physicians seems to be inconsistent. It seems each one has their own diagnosis. Perhaps they don't read the patient chart close enough. I think they need to know that they are earning a living and not just doing the patient a favor.
