I think people post negative things here because they know they can get away with it. Derrell is an awesome dentist. We miss him so so much. Take care Dr. Plackner!

Do not like this dentist. He is condescending to his staff, and treats them like garbage. Also charges way too much for dental procedures!

I actually love going to see Dr. Plackner. I cannot remember a time before Dr. Plackner was my dentist. Nor do I want to. He is simply the best! Gentle and caring and he listens!

The best dentist in town. I have been seeing him for the past 10 years. I have had all sorts of dental work done by Dr. Plackner, ranging from fillings to crowns, never had a single problem. Except for one old filling that started chipping away. It has been replaced promptly. I received a lot of compliments from various dental professionals when they saw a unique bridge in my mouth that Dr. Plackner had installed. All my family members have stitched over to Dr.Plackner and everyone is quite happy with the service provided.

I don't have a problem with Dr. Plackner he is always happy go lucky asks about what I have been up to in life in general. I don't feel a needle other then the poke he makes sure that he rubs my cheek and gum while he is putting the freezing in (deathly afraid of needles). Wonderful with my daughter. Makes going to the dentist bearable.

Dr plackner is great when it comes to fixing small problems, but when i went in for a root canal and it wasn't covered by my plan the staff tried to help me with a payment plan but plackner said "no" i ended up having to get the tooth pulled which was covered by my plan. his staff are fantastic but the concern he has for patients leaves something to be desired
