Dr. Lucas himself is great so far, very accommodating. The receptionist is very sweet when she is there but usually have to use the reception across the hall. The BIG problem is the nurse who is the only means of communication w the Dr. She has no urgency about her and makes you feel like you're a pain in her butt when you ask a question. Takes days to get a hold of her at times and you can't call her line directly you must first go through the main line w long hold times only to get transferred to the nurse who doesn't answer and u can't leave her a direct message you get sent back to the holding pattern from before and when they finally answer you can hope that they will relay your message for you. They have a web site for communicating but most of the time she is in no hurry to get back to you there either. She actually hung up on me one of the few times I actually got a hold of her!!! The stress from this is horrible as fertility treatments are very time sensitive & expensive!!!

Had first visit with Dr. Lucas. He was on time, respectful and spent a great deal of time explaining things to us. I cannot speak to results yet, but look forward to continuing working with him. His approach so far has focused on determining and addressing the cause of issues, rather than a quick fix without addressing the cause, which we appreciate.

Office staff at front window was unfriendly. I was constantly being interviewed by students - they must have taken the same medical history on 5 different visits. Doctor did not seem to care and neither did most of the office staff. Office staff never directed us to the room - they just said, 'go here or there.'
