Nancy has been my doctor for over 27 year's and my kid's doctor and now my Grandkids doctor she is amazing

I have had Nancy for many many yrs and have found that there is something wrong with her. Many times I have tried to discuss problems with my health...she is dismissive. Minimizing my feelings and my pain. I have called 12 times to discuss my pain levels and she skirts it every time. I went to see her in Oct of this past yr. She fell asleep on me. I am disgusted at the fact she asked me for my medications . I asked her "what are you doing you're in my purse?...She said I was not and said you're insane! Prove it! I said I just saw you! This was after I came back from the washroom. We used to be very close but since this happened. I am mortified. I want another doctor. I'm scared of what's to come. Obviously she has some type of issue... Unresolved this could lead to j incompetence. I'm scared of her as my physician... as she can be quite cruel when she wants to be. If you don't need much in the way of doctors care just light things...she's perfect . But after so many yrs she doesn't care anymore. She doesn't remember what's wrong with me either. She questions everything. As if I am bringing this up for the first time. When she speaks to you and is coherent...you never know what she types when talking to you for your visit. As she asks for a follow up and does not remember why the follow up is needed. I'm worried there is more than meets the eye here. I think the good doctor may need help. On the bright side her receptionist and Dr Kopp are quite very professional and on the ball. I need a new doctor and I'm scared. I don't know what to do.
If she knows this is me ...I don't know what she will write in her notes to discredit me. Where do I turn for help? I've had Nancy since 1996. Its not as if she's new to me. She loves the power she has over you the patient...and can be quite controlling. And enjoys saying no to everything I say. I go to the clinics where I am heard. I very seldom seek her advice anymore. It's been about 5 yrs now or a tad more ..I've distanced myself from her. I need a new doctor. Period!

I have been with Dr. Fung for the best part of 30 years and I would hate for her to retire. She has a way of making you feel as if your world will right itself even though I am frequently up to high doh with anxiety and frustration with all the health issues I am enduring. She makes sure of monitoring and the care I need without raising an eyebrow. We have often enjoyed many laughs over the years too. Sometimes that's all you need at that moment. Delightful Doctor.

I have enjoyed my time with Dr. Fung. She is great with any concerns I bring to her, and is so wonderful with my children. I have a daughter on thr Autism Spectrum, and Nancy demonstrates such patience and kindness with her. She is kind and understanding and shows a genuine interest in my family and our dynamic. I always look forward to our appointments.

Dr. Fung is an amazing doctor. I have been with her for over 20 years. She has seen me through many rough and scary times, both physically and emotionally. She has ALWAYS taken the time to listen, care, advise and help in every way that she could, no matter how much time it takes or how many people may be waiting. I always feel better after I have seen or talked with her. She is very thorough and no matter the situation, is kind and concerned for your well being. I truly do not know where I would be without her. Her staff is so very kind and helpful, too. I am grateful to have found her as my doctor.

I feel that Dr.Fung is slipping in her practice. Test results which were unusual were overlooked. Two different diagnosis missed by years, to the point that repair unattainable, and I’m left with these permanent conditions. Having said this, she is very kind and listens but the above comments are a real concern.

Have been a patient for over 20 years, pretty much agree with most comments here. I find her to be caring, thorough and easy to talk with. Yes she has a busy practice but always takes however long you need to discuss what issue you have and explains things well.
