Phoned two weeks ago and still haven't heard back. Had tests in December and no follow up. I feel like I don't have a doctor.

Dr. Turner is an excellent doctor who is very knowledgeable and kind. His staff members are great as well.

I can't believe he is still in practice! Just take one look of his office. Would never trust this doctor.

Dr.Turner has been my dr , and my husbands dr for 34 years . He is extremely knowledgeable, caring and professional . He listens carefully to your health concerns and will refer you to a specialist if he feels it is needed.He even has called me at home to see how I was feeling and managing the medication. I find the staff quite helpful and very friendly as well.

Very difficult to get an appointment. No follow through with phone calls or referells. Very rude, unpleaseant staff.

Dr. Turner is amazing. I love having him as my doctor. However, his staff's behaviour is disgusting. They are the rudest people I have ever had the distinct displeasure of having to deal with. Shame on them for going out of their way to be nasty to people seeking healthcare. I hope they can't sleep at night.

Gong show is an understatement. Never in the office and no one answers the phone. Most days the phone isn't turned on till 1:30. Wait for referals is another joke. Files knee deep on the floor and as someone else mentioned, show up for an appointment he made and get asked what do you need and why are you here? Never any follow up on tests unless you hound the office. Time to retire Doug and get someone who can do the job to take over.
