He was very professional when dealing with my child. He took out her tonsils and she has been doing great ever since.

When I first brought my son to Dr. Martin, my son had suffered sinus and ear problems for his entire first four years of his life. Dr. Martin was the first doctor to try everything he could to help us. He is innovative, kind, knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He treats my young son with respect, wants to know his feelings on symptoms and treatment, not just my opinion as the parent. My son gladly participates in any treatment if its from Dr Martin, because he trusts him. This doctor has changed my boy's life for the better. He no longer has to constantly blow his nose in class and is no longer bullied because of his sinus issues. I will always recommend this doctor.

Dr. Martain is very unprofessional in my opinion. I was shocked when I found out he performed surgery on my five year old after he told me that he was not going to see her any more, because my daughter was seen by another EMT and that he was Not aware of this and that he was not going to perform surgery on her. I explained to him that my exwife was not giving me the medication to give to my daughter. When I tried to talk to him on the phone he just hung up on me. I felt that he misdianosed her and performed an unnessery sergery. Dr. Martin called me up threating to call the DFS on me and I wish he would have.

This dr was very rude, after being informed that my 18 month daughter was going to be scheduled for surgery he went through all of the risks involved before during and after surgery with her being my first and only child i was very concerned and I began to ask questions about the surgery it was late in the day 4:30 we were the last patient in the office he stopped me mid sentence and told me I was messing with a tired, tempered, hungry old man and he was insulted because of the question I asked at this point I decided it was time to leave the office. When I got in my vehicle I called the office to see who I needed to contact to raise my concern and he then got on the phone and threatened to call division of family services on me for leaving the office with my child.

Doctor Martin was incredibly unprofessional and offensive. If he would have spent less time trying to convert me to Christianity, and more time addressing my symptoms, I might feel differently. He asked about my "spiritual status" and my goals more often than he asked about my ailment. The doctor's office is NOT the venue to ask about someone's "spiritual status" (which he did), or mention one's brother who shot himself (which he did), or attempt to convert a patient (which he did), or INVITE THE PATIENT OUT TO COFFEE OUTSIDE THE OFFICE (which he did). I would not go back to Dr Martin if he were the last ENT on the planet; I would suffer through my symptoms instead.

This doctor has not really helped my family member very much at all. Beware of the business office. If your insurance is slow to pay they make you pay until the insurance pays.

I had a bad experience with him. His bedside manner with the parents was unacceptable as a professional as many years as he has. Surgery was successful. Made me very upset. I do not recommend him.
