Horrible bedside manner. Made my eleven year old cry and feel horrible about himself. Arrogant at best. Talked to me like I was an idiot. Questioned me in a very rude manner about my choice not to give my young 11 year old child the HPV shot. I have never been so disgusted in a doctors bedside manner in my life! His wife on the other hand, wonderful bedside manner and truly cares about her patients and their feelings. The one star for knowledge is due to how he interacts with and talks to children, in my opinion. Never again.

As long as I required only basic annual exams and a handful of vaccinations the care I received was fine. Over time he seemed less interested in treating my developing chronic pain and more serious health problems. He refused to treat what has become a chronic pain problem, but wasn't interested in referring me to a pain clinic either so I was left to suffer and find my own way. When asked about alternative treatments such as acupuncture and massage he wasn't very encouraging. I was eventually discouraged enough to find a new doctor. He wouldn't come right out and say he was refusing to treat me, but he wouldn't return calls or follow up. I got the message!

The staff is GREAT! B. Andersen is NOT a doc. Not friendly, seems to look down on patients (unless of course you have money) just basically an ASS, please excuse my french but that is really the only word for him I hear his wife, Teresa A. is way better in EVERY aspect.

I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years with various doctors. I have found Dr. A, to be very knowledgeable. I have used him for my family for about a year and I am very satisfied. I had seen 2 other docs in the area before deciding to use Dr. A.!

Dr Anderson has been our family doctor for over 5 years. He has given individual attention to each of our four children. He runs more punctual in the mornings. We never wait more than 10 minutes. He remembers our names and is friendly and helpful. We hope to continue under his care. The newer office has a great lab for quicker lab service. His staff is friendly and provide very good service. Dr. Brad Anderson does not mind if we ask for a second opinion. We usually go with his council. My oldest son is considering the field of medicine, because Dr. Anderson is so professional Ellen -Bainbridge Island, WA

Dr Anderson is great! Perhaps those who said he was late had a late (PM) appoint. Things can back up, particuarly if Dr A spends some time listening to paitients concerns as I have always found. Highly recommend!

Rude, condescending, paranoid. Considers himself an expert on every topic from parenthood to specialty care. Is offended if patient asks for referral. Other times is very caring and friendly, but that seems to be the oddity. Definitely not a doctor I would recommend, although others in clinic have given great care.

I was not pleased with his manner. I just found this site & my apts. were a while ago. I have had to see him during urgent care & on follow up apts. Still did not care for him. Seems to think it's only his possible answer. I ended up seeing a specialist who said i was right but by then injury had healed and i should have stayed off of it.

Not very good with children. Doesn't listen to parent's. His way is the only way. Very one sided and a bit arrogant. It really was his over all attitude. Just not a likeable man. I will be changing my childrens pcp. His wife who is also a doctor is lovely! Very nice and listens. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She needs to give her husband some tips on kindness and teach him to be a bit humble. He may be a doctor, but he is not above any of his patients. In my opinion that is how he acts. Just my opinions.
