Dr Palmer is a wonderful person we would be still with him only his secretary is not very helpful she would never answer the phone or you can never get an appointment with him unless you are an elder person, she kept telling us to find a doctor closer to our home we got tired of this so we did i wish we did not maybe she keep her nose out of his work. now i am stuck and not happy

Dr Palmer has been my doctor since I was born and, like previous people have said, he's been my family's doctor for 30+ years. He's always been a very friendly, personable and helpful doctor. He listens carefully to every concern and explains what's wrong, rather than simply writing a perscription without an explainion. After going to various doctors and hospitals, only he was able to diagnos certain serious matters with my siblings and I. As a kid, I remember him being a great doctor and now, as an adult, I still feel very assured going to Dr Palmer. However, when I was a kid, his secretary was an incredibly nice woman (who still sends my family Christmas cards in her retirement). I, like others, have to say that his current secretary has not filled her shoes. I can call multiple times a day and she will not pick up, she has been very rude at sometimes and some of my family have even stopped going to see Dr Palmer simply because how difficult she makes it to get an appointment.

I first met Dr. Palmer at his walk in clinic on Queen Street over 25 years ago.He took me on as a patient and cured me of a problem I had been having for months.I love this guy.He is the very best Dr ever.

What can you say about Dale Palmer? Really there aren't enough words to express my gratitude to this man over my whole life. I am in my 40's now and used to see him when he started on Queen West in old Brampton by the tracks, some 35 years ago. He saved my wife's life literally when we were told she had the flu in Emerg at Credit Valley, and Dale immediately realized she was having a stroke upon seeing her! Thank you Dr Palmer. I hope they find a cure to aging JUST so you can stay being our physician. He is a quality human being, and quality physician. D+TIddison

Dr. Palmer has been our family doctor since before I was born. He is fantastic. My only negative comment is that his secretary is not very pleasent over the phone.

Doc, that's what I call him. Has been my doctor as long as I can remember. What I love about him is; How he listens, doesn't just write a prescription and shoo you away. Takes your concerns into account. And doesn't dismiss you. He's a humble man, with a humble practice. I know it's selfish, but I hope he never retires.

DR PALMER HAS BEEN MY FAMILYS DR SINCE WE CAME TO BRAMPTON IN 1988. I THINK THE WORLD OF DR PALMER HE HAS HELPED US OUT SO MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS WHEN OUR CHILDREN WERE SICK, HE ALWAYS MADE SURE WE WERE LOOKED AFTER IN EVERY WAY.I DREAD THE DAY HE RETIRES I HOPE HE WORKS UNTIL HE IS 80 SELFISH I KNOW BUT WE WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DR P TO LISTEN AND CARE ABOUT US THE WAY HE DOES AND HE NEVER IN ALL THE YEARS I HAVE KNOWN HIM NOT TAKE MY CONCERNS SERIOUSLY AND LISTEN TO MY PROBLEMS.
