Blue Cross / Blue Shield
It is very difficult to get through to the office by phone. The line either goes unanswered (during buisness hours), or it is a busy signal. On several occations, the office failed to call my prescriptions in to my pharmacy, as promised. In addition, I was made to wait 3 hours past my appointment time for a routine physical. Finally, I was recommended by the Dr. to be immunized for penumonia, fees were submitted to my insurance company, yet every time I stop by the office for the shot I am told that they are "out of stock" and to come by at a later date. I find the staff to be friendly but entirely unhelpful.
