J’ai consulté Dr. Charlin pour une infection à l’oreille accompagnée d’une perte auditive. Très efficace, a été à l’écoute de mon problème en premier lieu et a su efficacement me prodiguer des soins et surtout me rassurer. Je le consulterai à nouveau sans aucune hésitation.

Il est peut-être un bon spécialiste mais en tant qu'humain j'ai déjà vu beaucoup mieux. Il donne le strict nécessaire, pas d'écoute, pas d'explications, peu motivé à nous donner le pourquoi de notre problème. Nous expédie rapidement. Je n'ai pas du tout aimé son approche.

When you arrive he has to spend the first five minutes reading your chart - even if you are the first appt in am or pm. Did not explain diagnosis/ did not answer questions about other things which could cause the vertigo/gave list of exercises - but not available in english/ had the feeling that he was just rushing through the most appts possible only interested in money... not a very satisfactory feeling when the condition is lasting over three months!

On dirait qu'il veut juste passer le plus de patients possible... N'a même pas vérifie mes oreilles, et a refusé de me déloger un bouchon de cérumen sous prétexte qu'il n'a pas le temps. Pour ma part, je ne retournerai jamais le voir.

Very good doctor reassuring that my tinnitus would go away.Very fast testing. Felt good after seeing him and he seemed very knowledgeable.Patient too with questions.

Didn’t offer any significant therapy to my ear problems. Shows very little interest in patient.Got no answes to my questions. Shows no compassion. Seems more interested in making fast money.
