I've been seeing Dr. Tai for years and have recommended her to relatives and friends. She is very patient and kind and has personally called me to follow up when I've had serious eye conditions. I second the comment made by another reviewer about the change in reception staff - much better now.

Dr. Tai is by far the best optometrist I have ever been to in the last 34 years. My script is the clearest I have ever had and she and her staff are extremely nice.

Doctor Tai is a wonderful doctor - she is never too busy to see you or fit you in. I have been able to reach her by phone for urgent questions and it was never an issue. She really cares. Was happy to see the new building came without the old receptionist who was rude and condescending - particularly to children.

Amazing doctor. Highly recommend Dr. Tai!!! She is very intelligent, personable and relates well to kids as well as adults. Her office hours are great. There is little if any wait time and it she is always willing to fit you in for an adjusment to your frames etc. My whole family have been patients of hers for a number of years and we would not think of seeing any one else.

Dr Thai was very helpful in trying to find the best corrective lens for me. After my initial visit I went in a few times to see what else was available; she took me without an appointment and with a smile. She's a wonderful doctor!
