Dr Kemp is on time only because he's starving for patients. He's been soliciting for new patients (sign up in office) for a number of years and it's not surprising considing his abrasive manner and inability to make a correct diagnosis. If he spent a little more time with his patients he might learn what illnesses they actually suffer from. He's more interested in how much he can bill ohip than the health of his patients. Dare you mention more than one problem or ask for more than one prescription filled per visit. It's not his policy or in the best interest of his pocket book. If you're in a pinch for a doctor and have no other choice but to see Dr Kemp I'd suggest you wear your stop watch because you'll be in and out of the office before you've had a chance to even say what ails you!

Dr. Kemp is very personable - he is the only doctor I have ever been to where you are in and out within 1/2 hour. However, his punctuality is because he restricts patience from asking about more than 2 things per visit. Not a bad trade.

Dr. Kemp is slow with the prescription pad which I like very much an excellent Doctor who tells it like it is, you must help yourself first this guy helps you stay in control of your health. On time everytime, plus sees you on short notice.

Easy to discuss problems with and quite knowledgeable. A good family doctor. Make sure to priortize your ailments as keeping appointments on time seems a priority and you do not always get to discuss all of your concerns.

My family has been seeing Dr. Kemp for over 14 years. I find him extremely helpful and knowledgeable on many matters. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a family physician.

Can get in at a moment's notice, have NEVER waited more than 5 minutes in his office. He's attentive, listens, asks good questions. Not crazy about his "one issue at a time" policy but I understand the reason behind it.
