Four yrs ago my husband complained for 4 months that his left arm and face were numb. Dr. Jackson did not run any tests and said it was probably a pinched nerve. Consequently, my husband had a disabling, hemorrhagic stroke that destroyed 1/3 of his brain. I did not seek legal action (although I was told by other drs. I had recourse) because I am a Christian. However, it is time for Dr. Jackson to remove his shingle.

The office staff is very rude and the doctor does not seem to care about his patients. Dr. Jackson called me by different names on several occasions and always seemed to have me confused with other patients. I called with an issue one time and was treated like a leper. They did not care about me as a patient and I was an excellent patient in terms of payment, etc. The practice is a haven for hardcore drug addicts, as Dr. Jackson conducts a huge cash only narcotic maintenance operation. It is not illegal, but you get a sense that something very unseemly is going on. I trusted this physician with my health and it took a while to realize that this practice is solely about rushing patients through and taking their money. What a scary experience. I have a great caring doctor now, which all patients deserve. Don't settle for this type of physician.
