Dr. Locklear was arrested for distributing cocaine, he was addicted
to same and was sentenced yesterday in federal court. He does not have
a license to practice medicine anymore.

VERY intelligent. Explained a problem that I have had since birth to me in great detail....something no other physician had ever done. Very good bedside manner, willing to listen and acts as though he has all day to spend with you. Excellent physician!

Dr Locklear is very up on current research and the latest tests and medicines. He listens well and doesn't dismiss any complaint out of hand. He is an excellent and caring doctor, you could not ask for better.
