Blue Cross / Blue Shield
This doctor is now practicing in California. He is not particularly approachable and his knowledge is only average (and perhaps less), in my opinion. Importantly, he made an error in my prescription and it took him 6 days to correct it, despite repeated requests from myself and my pharmacy. I am currently looking for another physician.
