The doctor is very nice but staff members are very rude. They put me on hold for more than 20 minutes and then came back on the line they told me they were too busy and would call me back. That was 6 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from them. Also, I have waited for more than 2 hours in the waiting room. Then I waited in the exam room. They also charged me for a missed appointment. I explained that I was in the hospital. They didn't care and charged me anyway.

I don't know how she is still in practice. I've heard some more of her patients have visited my current doctor.

I researched many physians after moving here three plus years ago and decided upon Dr. Joukovski. Being a RN I knew the importance of choosing someone who is both qualified and whose staff is pleasant and professional. Dr. J, as her patients lovingly refer to her as, is very knowledgable, a good listener and empatetic. My husband and extended family have chosen to go her. The elderly members of the family have been treated almost like family because they are seen more frequently.If you need to be seen urgently and you call when the office opens in the morning they can generally work you into the schedule, if you are an established patient. They have recently added a Patient Portal to enable patients to access their lab results, etc. online which is awesome. As a nurse and a patient, I highly recommend Dr. J.
