Very upsetting it was very difficult for me to go , I don’t live in NYC , cost me $275 to visit , he won’t listen your problem, will ask question , need to reply yes or no like SAT , even if it us related with problem or not , I tried to explain why I am visiting him -he won’t listen he tried to address other, which is not even related -as a new patient should listen and should’ve give time to patient but in 15 minutes in and out ask me to make another appointment ,reception isn’t very organized at all -like money making machine -very hyper-I am very very disappointed was waste time time money and morally and physically no diagnosis were provided , make another appointment in a week , I went to see another dr in lenox hill because I was in pain -very nice dr address my problem listen me as new patient study all my report ask me questions about my problem I was 1.40 minute in his office study my detail report , very polite and knowledgeable
but dr Rosenthal is a very disappointed Dr ,wonder who gave him 4 stars , avoid he is waste of time and money

While he knows his stuff, I thought he and his office staff was very rude. Plus, I always had to wait forever to be seen.

I called with an emergency and was seen immediately. The doctor was very thorough and help diagnosis and resolve my problem. The secretary was very kind and helpful too. She scheduled my tests and their results very quickly. Overall, I was very pleased with this doctor and his staff.

I agree that he initially is a little rough, but he has a warm heart. He was very helpful in pursuing my diagnosis and seeking 2nd opinions from a specialist. He is almost always on time and apologizes for any delay. His receptionist is rude at first glance --- but she also warms up and she is very competent.

He's a little "rough around the edges" and his front office woman is pretty rude but his knowledge far surpassed my expectations.
