i love dr fain and his nurses! he was my husbands pediatrician since he was born and now he takes care of both of my children! he is a very knowledgable dr. if he has sample medicines and extra formula in his office he will make sure he gives it to you so you dont have to go out and buy it! the only thing i dont like is his office staff. sometimes they are ok but most of the time they seem a little rude and i dont even think they realize they are coming off that way but they are!

I Love Dr Fain. He has been so good with both of my children.He honestly looks out for my childs benefit. He is very attentave to my childs needs. And when I call his office for a appt. I always get one for the same day. And if I should need to talk to a nurse they always call back the same day.

Everytime I take my daughter in, she screams bloody murder. I've called his office on a weekday, and he's never in. I've had to take my daughter to another Dr.'s office. He'd rather order expensive testing when it's something that's simple. Gives an antibiotic for a cold (which you aren't supposed to do). Overall, since I moved here from another state, I have not been impressed with the incompentency of this dr. and others here on the gulf coast.

Dr. Fain goes out of his way to sit and listen to your child's problems (and sometimes yours!). Sure, you may have to wait some, but I know he's giving his attention to others in the same way I'd want him to listen to me. My boys have always been comfortable with him. He has always looked out for their best interest. Dr. Fain's nurses, Louise and Carol, are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend The Children's Clinic!

Dr. Fain has been my son's doctor for many years. Though we moved thirty miles away, my son still sees him. He's worth the drive. My son has had many problems in his life and Dr. Fain takes the time to encounter each problem carefully. He shows a genuine interest and knowledge in caring for our child and I've seen it with other kids as well. I wish there were more doctors like him!

He's not consitant, and overly cautious when it comes to newborns. He does too much of a wait and see approach, when your child could be losing thier life. He's never on time, and is hard to get in touch with.
