Moi et ma mère l’avons rencontré aux urgences de l’ICM en début de semaine et WoW! Trois mots à retenir: EFFICACITÉ-SIMPLICITÉ-BELLE COMMUNICATION, j’ajouterais même, belle rencontre!! Il s'est très bien occupé de moi. A fait tous les tests nécessaires. A pris le temps de m'expliquer mon problème et a répondu à toutes mes questions, m'a réassuré. Excellent docteur.

Terrible! Aucun humanisme. Pense tout connaître, ne vous laisse à peine terminer votre phrase qu’il enchaine sur la sienne. Aucune finesse, tout se fait dans le rush et la maladresse. Il m’a fait une échographie pour voir si j’avais de l’eau dans le cœur, je n’ai jamais eu autant mal. Il m’a tellement appuyé sur la cage thoracique que j’en ai encore mal. La médecine, n’est plus ce qu’elle fût. Adieu la clairvoyance, l’intuition, la douceur, l’humanisme. Si vous n’aimez pas votre travaille, par pitié laissez là pour quelqu’un d’autre. À éviter !

We are often in emergency for my mother and I can say that when Dr. Boucher is there we feel a wave of relief. He listens and is patient and takes his time to understand what is going on. He is an excellent doctor and I trust in his abilities.

I thought Dr. Boucher was great with my mom. He saw she was nervous and kept reassuring her. He was polite and caring and made her feel very comfortable.

On june 13, 2017, was transferred from my clinic to Lakeshore hospital for more test for possible diverticultis. The wait time at Lakeshore took forever, 6.5 hours waiting with abdominal pain. Once I saw Dr Boucher, he was polite and efficient in diagnosis. What I would have preferred is a bit more details on what they saw on CT scan and what was the determining factor that I has diverticulitis. I was just told I had it, and given explanation for treatment. Nonetheless, the 10 day treatment of antibiotics is working fine (day 4) and am very thankful for the care and efficiency by Dr. Boucher.
