DO NOT see him. I had an emergency appointment with him after a CAT scan in emerg. I had to call repeatedly because they lost the referral from emerg though. When I saw him, he said the results were "peculiar" and he needed to talk to another radiologist about them and I should come back. The secretary said I did not need to return to the office, that the doctor would call me on Wednesday at 1:45. That day and time came and went, no call. I have been calling constantly to find out about these "peculiar" results. No response!!! I was an idiot and should not have listened to the secretary and trusted that he would call. So I have no idea what these "peculiar" results are. I get he is busy but this is almost cruel!!! I don't think he is very responsive, but his admin staff is not at all on the ball either. It is stressful enough having to see a specialist about something. Do NOT go to this guy.

If it wasn't for my intervention, my daughter would be dead today, for his lack of being supportive and listening to his patients concerns. Go to St Paul's Hospital if you want an expert. Don't mess with your life.....

This Doctor is awesome I have been going to him for 5 years and I think he is very professional His staff is very friendly they are always very punctual very helpful Dr. Vivian is very knowledgeable

Saw Dr Vivian today. He was very friendly, through and knowledgeable. A very professional and helpful office!
We found him to be completely opposite to what others have posted.

I wish I would of read this before I spent 2 years dealing with this Dr., One thing he is good at is flipping through his paper work and repeating him self, he sure does not LISTEN to what you have to say, People wait along time to get help from illness and he is getting paid big bucks for surely not helping, I believe it's time for him to retire.

The ABSOLUTE WORST "Doctor" I've yet to come across. Went in to see him an not even 5min into the council he told me to leave because of the medications I use, which by the way are the exact things that put me at ease & give me a slight bit of quality of life. This man is a fraud & a hindrance on the medical care system, his license should be revoked IMMEDIATELY!

I waited six months to see him. He was late to our appointment. He told me I had three different conditions ....in which he would not do tests for to prove to me that I had them. Refused to give me a simple scope...to see what was going on. I left his office feeling like I was a crazy person. He was a complete waste of my time. I had lost 40 pounds, I was unable to digest food. I was constantly in and out of the hospital. I was very sick. Another specialist took me on and discovered a simple scope would have determined my issue right away! If he had just done a simple scope I could have gotten surgery right away and gone on with my life. Instead I was sick for two years, unable to digest food, pills for pain, in and out of the hospitals, and unable to work or live life, I was mostly bed ridden! If you need help, just get a specialist in Vancouver, believe me it is worth the drive! don't waste your time! Time is too precious to waste!
