Amazing dentist! Very caring and takes the time to explain everything to you. Completely changed my mind about being fearful. Her staff are wonderful as well.

Been going to Dr. Ready for years, friendly team and incredibly intelligent lady. Front desk, hygenists, and Anne herself all extremely pleasant. Never a bad experience and the type of doctor who is friendly enough to make conversation inside and outside the office!

I have gone to Dr. Ready since I was a small child, I am now a young adult. I've never liked her. I've always found her staff to be understanding of my anxiety, but it was always obvious that Dr. Ready herself was not. She continues to talk to me as if I am a child, makes rude comments about the state of my teeth (even though I try very hard to keep them clean - brushing 3 times a day as well as flossing every night). I have to take extra anxiety medication before an appointment with her and as soon as I finish school and get my own life settled, I'm finding a dentist that has a good personality.

Dr. ready and her assisting staff are kind, friendly and wonderful to work with! Her front line staff would benefit from a tutorial in manners, customer service and general human compassion. If it weren't for Dr. Ready and her amazing assisting staff, her receptionist would be enough to prevent me from returning. It isn't Dr Ready's clients fault she is unhappy and she should not take it out on them.

Really liked Dr ready. I have to say I feel her front desk staff could benefit from perhaps some further customer service training. Very poor skills dealing with clients who may have an issue- as did I. Very abrasive and did not meet my needs or even attempt to. I am fairly certain I will not be returning.

I haven't been to a dentist in years (fear) and had to see one. I read the reviews on this dentist and thought I would give her a try. OMG!!! What a delight! She and her staff were simply wonderful!! Compassionate, kind and caring. Everything you could possibly want in a dentist/staff. I would definitely see this dentist every day if it were necessary. In fact, I'm going back next week and I'm looking forward to it! lol

The compassion and patience Dr Ready has for her patients especially children is beyond anything ive witnessed before. She takes the time to listen and find the best treatment for you and your financial needs. She follows price lists that are the same through all NS, she is no more expensive then anyone else. By far the BEST dentist ever.

Dr. Ready has a very good bed side manner but some of her staff is rude and make you feel that they are doing you a favour in being their. The dr. listen to my concern, but the staff did not have a piece of equipment clean to use when she needed it. I feel that, like most dentists, she is very expensive especially if you have insurance. On my last visit, they did not ask me for a next appointment as I needed more dental work. Overall, Dr. Ready is a very good doctor, but some of her staff needs more training in costumer relations.

I left my previous dentist of 30 years because I no longer trusted her judgement. Dr. Ready is extremely knowledgeable and effective. Professional and friendly staff.
