Dr. Tracy Jackson is now located in Nashville, TN in the Vanderbilt Interventional Pain Center. I have had only one visit with her and her staff so far but I was very impressed, especially with the resident working with her. Additionally, they have been very good at responding to messages I have sent using Vanderbilt's online patient system which allows patients to send messages to their doctor 24 hours a day. Doctor's can respond via the same system. The resident working with Dr. Jackson has responded to my messages within one business day and has called to speak with me when needed spending as much time on the phone with me as she would in a clinic visit - and at no extra charge!
