I had to make another call to pass on a referral from my oncologist. Reception was again rude, arguing and putting me off. Let the b______, find another job like cleaning toilets please. Dr. Thomas was an amazing specialist that listened to every word

Terrible receptionist. I don’t think she is ever at her desk, the last time I tried to call and confirm my appointment it took me 2 days and 16 calls to still not get through. Brutal.

Receptionist is absolutely terrible. If you don't like helping people, then do not work for a doctor. Snarky responses and a constant attitude on the phone does not make me want to recommend this doctor to anyone. Any time I call to ask a question she is annoyed and rude. I will be finding another doctor.

He performed a transurethral incision of the prostate (TUIP). He said I had a 95% chance of success. It was supposed to help me empty my bladder more effectively with a 5% chance of side effects. I am left with ED, which is supposedly a rare side effect. I feel this has ruined my life. My impression of him is that he doesn't care.

He is a phenomenal doctor! I definitely recommend him to everyone who needs a urologist. His front desk receptionist is awful, rude, and impatient

He did more for me in 1 visit then my previous urologist did in 15 years. He was nice and easy to talk to...explained things quite well and was right on time

Best doctor visit I have had in a long time. Took time to explain to me in detail what a previous doctor had done (who didn't explain anything a all) and answered all my questions no matter how basic. Wait time was a bit long to see him, but with how much time he spent with me I can understand why and it is a small price to pay.
