DR. YOUSEFIA: THE BEST DOCTOR I've had since I was a kid. Almost 30 years now since I had a doctor I RESPECTED and trusted like my doctor my family had when I was growing up! I found Dr. Yousefia to be a doctor who really cares about me & my family. Who is brilliant, sensitive, easy going, & a good listener. He's an excellent communicator & his staff is just as wonderful. I feel great about my over all health care now after finding Dr. Yousefia. I can tell Dr. Yousefia anything. Before I had doctors I couldn't stand to go see but got stuck with until I could find a new doctor taking new patients. Or that were good doctor's, but I couldn't open up to because I wasn't made to feel at all comfortable with expressing myself-being me, or comfortable about asking my average citizen-no medical school education jane doe questions. Whatever is on my mind Dr. Yousefia takes time to educate & soothe me after I educate him about me first. We have a really great relationship. I recommend him.

I guess Dr. Yousefia is an okay doctor. He seems helpful enough and I never had to wait very long in the waiting room... but he doesn't accept credit cards (which is horrible if you use a HSA). To make matters worse, he took months and months to cash checks that I had written to him. Also, when I had extensive blood work done, I had to call several times before I could get him to call back with my results. It was just easier to find a more attentive doctor.

Dr. Andre Yousefia is a wonderful primary care doctor. After 30 years with 1 doctor, I switched because through word of mouth I was informed his main office lady was one of the best, informative, responsive and caring, at which point I made an office visit and found this to be more than true. My experience was one of the best I have ever had. This doctor took an hour and one-half first time visit with me, then my experience with his office manager and M.A. was the best I have ever received. I have called back on several occasions and have had nothing but immediate response from this wonderful doctor and his wonderful caring staff. If more doctors were this caring, the hospitals would not be full of patients.

His office staff are the rudest, most awful people I've ever run across in a Dr's office. The Dr apologized for their behavior and while others have complained as well, he keeps the same people on staff. He's in a hurry and simply doesn't take the time to get all the details. Most of his patients are elderly.

*** It would be really nice (and a lot safer) if someone in the office gave you written instructions on which medications to take and when, so you do not “accidentally overdose” or mix the wrong drugs together. *** Dr. Andre Yousefia and his staff are really nice people, but they can not expect that a sick person will remember the verbal instructions given. To me, it is a safety issue! *** I was very sick and fuzzy headed when I went to see him last. When I got home my spouse asked me what all the medications were for, and when to take them. I had to call back to the doctor’s office to find out what to take first, and what not to take together. I had to leave a message and wait for them to call me back. (Do you know how annoying it is to play phone tag when you are sick and just want to go to bed & sleep???)
