Dr. Mantynen is an amazing doctor. We started seeing him after my daughter was born. She was born with cardiac defect and the doctor helped us with regular follow ups and advices. He is available when you need him. The receptionist Maria always returns the call by the end of the in the worst case and will try to fit you in in a short notice. It is been 4 years now and our experience has been amazing. Would definitely recommend this doctor.

Place isn't bad but their bad with calling you or answering phones. And the advice is barely given for your kids by the doctor. And your appointment will get cancelled alot. I'd recommend another pediatrician.

Horrible with parents . I went with each of my babies and he just wants to cut tongue ties even if thats not the problem. I turned down the procedure and he walked out. Later at a follow up he walked in, said nothing then started giving my son a needle. I stopped him and he questioned why we were even there. It was a follow up for weight check and thats it. In the room we were in there were personal patient files all over the bed and he handed me the wrong prescription for my son. When I mentioned it to him he blamed me but he even had a different patients name on the prescription.
I have seen 2 other cambridge ped's and have loved them. I'm not a difficult person so please take your babies to someone else.
Unfortunately the lactation consultant there is wonderful, just hate she has to be paired to him

Dr Mantynen is a wonderful doctor. He is also very kind and helpful. Any time we call in about something they will fit us in to be seen.

Supportive. Open to families that don't wish to follow all conventional medical avenues. Up to date on research including on natural medicine at least more then the average MD. Kind to our family and children. Great front desk staff.

Love this office! I have used him for many years for many children with all kinds of issues. He is quiet to meet and listens. Never feel rushed in his office and answers any and all questions. Tara is very friendly and knows her stuff. Cant thank the reception enough for always having time for us even with short notice.

First appointment .. I raised concerns about my child’s bowel movements and her breathing and he sat there looking at an iPad without a word to me. Then he asked if I breastfed and I said she wouldn’t latch so I pump. He walks out and a LC walks in with 5 pillows and bean bags (which they sell at the front) and tried to convince me I needed all these things for my child to Breastfeed. We finish up with her and wait for the Dr to come back. In the meantime we had, not 1 but 3 different staff ask if we’re here for the tongue tie or LC and we said just waiting for the dr and then we found out our appointment was finished. No follow up, I didn’t know I was supposed to come back at 2 months for shots.
2nd appointment.. I found out my daughter did need shots. What a joke this was. They come in, stab my child with needles ( which were the wrong needles and they were told not to put it in all the way) and literally walk out. No clean up. No bandaids. I’m sitting there with a baby in a diaper screaming and bleeding. I pick her up with blood on my shirt now and wait and wait and wait. Then have a staff member ask me 10 mins later if I’m waiting for the shots and I said no. Waiting for the dr. He comes in and looks at me like “why are you still here” and I said I didn’t know we were finished, When do I come back. Does she need more shots, I didn’t even know she needed the first ones as my sister was the one who told me I did. He does not care about you or your child! I would give him 0 stars if I could!!
