Providence---Please renew Dr Kim Heydon's contract immediately. She is a very valuable asset and an excellent Doctor. Please please keep her!!!!!

Dr Heydon took excellent care of my family. She was always caring and willing to listen to us and answered our questions in detail. She related well to both children, my wife, and I. Her bedside manner was also extremely professional, you could tell she really cared to find out what she could do to make you more healthy, both for that visit, and for lifestyle changes that were necessary for long-term health.

My Dad really like Dr Heydon. He is always saying how well she listens, seems to care about him and his conditions. He says she was called the day my Mom passed to tell him how sorry she was to hear of her passing,

Dr. Heydon does not listen to patient concerns. I had to move my son to another doctor because she couldn't even remember what his heath issues were, and wasn't interested in helping us find out some solutions. I continued to go to her for myself. This was a mistake. She does not listen, nor does she explain test results. I would stay far away from this doctor.

After waiting months to see Dr. Heydon, and feeling anxious about the visit, I left feeling baffled at how poor the quality of the visit was. Dr. Heydon's "bedside manner" was so poor that I literally did not know the visit was over because I didn't feel as though any of my concerns had been addressed and the recommendations she offered me were completely unclear. I face many barriers when it comes to visiting doctors and this experience reinforced my resistance to spend the time and money of doing so. I felt as though I was a line on Dr. Heydon's "to-do" list and she was looking forward to her next task before she walked into my room. I genuinely would not recommend this doctor for anyone--especially if you are someone who already struggles standing up for yourself and asserting your needs.

I can't say enough positive about this doctor. She is knowledgeable, confident and helpful. She listens to me. She is always prepared when I visit. Moving my personal care to her a few years ago was the best medical decision I've made.

My entire family goes to Dr. Heydon and we just love her. She is very kind and always listens to what you have to say. When my son was showing unusual symptoms she was quick to run tests and get to the bottom of what was going on. Luckily everything turned out just fine.

I have been seeing this doctor at this location for a long time, she is funny and competent/knowledgable (if not brief) but overall her office has made small errors on my refills with medco causing me finanical issues. She wasn't willing to listen to the problem so we could resolve it going forward and the issue pops up here and there still. She also doesn't seem to work very well with the specialists that I see which originally I thought she agreed was not a problem. As most doctors, she doesn't have the time to address things completely in the visit but I think that is more do to the insurance industry's pressures than the doctors, still it makes getting the help you need difficult. For example, she has denied doing things I needed based simply on the paperwork it required (was her explanation). All that said she is a great person, funny and very knowledgable.

Dr. Heydon and her staff are wonderful! I have been in to see her twice now and she has been extremely thorough both times. The office was very helpful and got me in to see her for an appointment the same day as I am now an established patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Heydon.

Office staff took 15 minutes to answer the phone, found them very unprofessional, didn't care about patients urgency to see the doctor, they rang and it took six return phone calls to find out what the initial call was about. The most frustrating people Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with
