Leyda accused me of drug seeking behavior when i tried to refill my small dose of a muscle relaxer. She then tried to push higher doses of an addictive pain medication, gabapentin, that had been giving me migraines and making me depressed. After multiple rounds of explaining to her how inappropriate she was behaving, she became aggressive and started yelling. My mother was there and tried calming her down to no avail. I finally yelled at her to stop screaming and started crying. She apologized for her behavior and blamed it on her “latin heritage.” She was reported to the hospital which apologized for her unprofessional outburst and when she responded to my report, she lied and said i was crazy due to depression and that MY yelling made her uncomfortable. She is an emotionally unstable and aggressive woman who brings shame to the oath she took as a doctor. She shouldn’t be trusted to practice medicine and should be avoided at all cost.

Dr. Delgado may have certificates on her wall at the office, but she has the worst personality and demeanor that does not match that of a professional. I was in need of a handicapped placard due to my leg disability. I had records and letters from my orthopedic sent to her two months in ADVANCE of my appt. Day of the appt she storms in and begins questioning why I deserved/ needed the placard. She stated "All you have is those burn." I have not one burn on my body, if she read ANY of my records she would have known, and not only that I previously informed her of my motor vehicle accident that I was involved in, causing my current injuries. She misdiagnosed me, belittled me and disregarded my injuries. As a survivor of this crash, 30 + surgeries later, and this woman can't take a moment to review my history to get it straight. BURNS? She is not capable of treating patients physically, emotionally, or mentally.

I also had the unfortunate experience of an office visit with Ms. Delgado. She was rude and tried to bully me to the point that I had to set her straight and yelled right back at her.How she manages to keep her job at Granite Medical is beyond me as I will also be filing a complaint. If you want a doctor who will listen and address your concerns then look elsewhere. If you want to waste your time with a bully who doesn't know much then by all means make an appointment with the good "Dr." Delgado.

Very knowledgeable, always on time. It's more important to have a doctor who knows what they're doing, as opposed to a friend. Friendliness isn't going to diagnose or treat your medical conditions, knowledge will. I am comfortable with Dr. Delgado and don't find her rude. I would absolutely recommend her.

Dr Delgado is the worst doctor I have ever visited. She is rude in communication. I surprized when I found that she made a wrong entry in the 'Patient visit summary'. This doctor never gives proper time to her patients. I visited with my wife two times and both of the time she was saying that she is available for only 15 minutes.

I am very surprised to see such poor ratings for Dr. Delgado; I LOVE her! She has been my PCP for three years now and I have always had a positive experience with her. She listens to all of my complaints, no matter how frivolous and provides me with feedback or reassures me that something is normal. Even though I only need to see her for my annual physical, as I don't have any pressing medical needs, she remembers me every time! In fact, she will reference conversations that we had the year before; if her memory is good enough to do that, then she obviously has the capacity to retain/recall tremendous amounts of medical knowledge. In addition to that, I lost my mother last year and had my physical shortly after. She was extremely supportive and a great listener, even recommending me a book that she had read when her mother died to help with the grieving process. I do and will continue to recommend her to others. She is amazing.

She is the worst doctors I have ever seen. She spent zero time with me and seemed completely annoyed with my concerns. She also left the room and proceeded to yell at one of the nurses that worked there. She left the door open and I heard the entire conversation regarding another patient. She is rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. She told me to "deal" with my symptoms. She did no tests, or even try and have a normal conversation with me. As a medical professional myself I am appalled at her bedside manor and the way she treat not only patients but people in general. I'm amazing she still has a license to practice. I will be filing a formal complaint with Granite Medical Center. I hope no one else will be treated the way I was.

I made an appointment for my daughter with Dr. Delgado because I have had very positive experiences with several doctors at Granite Medical. My daughter's a young adult and she's been using express clinics for her medical care, and I really wanted her to start building a relationship with a primary care physician who she could see for years to come. Unfortunately my daughter was very upset when she got home. She said Dr. Delgado rushed her even though she was early and the appointment began ahead of schedule. She also said Dr. Delgado dismissed concerns we were both extremely worried about, and was very rude to her -- at one point suggesting my daughter either didn't know or wasn't being truthful about her medical history. I have been trying to get my daughter to find a primary care physician for awhile so I was happy she finally agreed to go, and I felt sure a Granite physician would work out for her. I'm very disappointed this appointment went so poorly.

I love having Dr Delgado as my PCP, she is very knowledgable and will take the time to listen to what you have to say. She will not rush you and you never have to wait long to be seen. Also, she is very punctual when getting back to you on results or concerns you may have. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family!
