This guy did my hernia operation and he left me in agonizing pain, severely bruised and my testes and penis were so swollen I couldn't walk for 2 weeks!!! When I went to the emergency ward, the doctors were dumbfounded and asked ," who in the world did your operation?" Of course they wouldn't comment but you could tell they were horrified.
So, please stay far away from this 85 year old has been!

Something is definitely wrong with this Dr. My experience with him was horrible and I am glad that I realized this and left his care.

After experiencing gallbladder pain for years and no one diagnosing me, Dr. Muhunthan was the one who finally reviewed my ultrasound results and gave me an MRI and took out my gallbladder the same day. I’m so glad to finally be free of the pain of gallbladder attacks, I can’t recommend him enough.

After being informed I was going to need appendix surgery I was told to wait for the doctor for more information. 2 hours went by and he came in a said “yea surgery’s tonight” with no indication of when. When a nurse came in I asked when the surgery was scheduled and she informed me 1 hour. After surgery he didn’t let me know how it went or any give me any information and was no where to be found. The next day I was told me would be in around 7-8 am. At 1pm he showed up and said “yea stay another night” with no information. Then next day after being told again to wait till 7am to speak to him. It is currently 12:45 and he is no where to be found and no nurse knows where is he is when he will be in. Horrible experience

Had a cyst removed from my back. Was so nervous about the pain but he was amazingly compassionate and calming. It was completely bearable. So thankful to have had him.

Dr. Muhunthan was extremely patient and understanding while performing a gastroscope on me .. He was VERY understanding about my "claustrophobia" and gave me medication so that I would be asleep and remain asleep during this procedure.

He performed inguinal hernia surgery on me. He did a good job, but when i went back after a couple weeks he talked to me for about 30 seconds and seemed in a rush to get me out the door.

I have been fighting a chronic appendix problem for two years, was told by two other surgeons there was no such thing. Thanks for listening to me, I know when something is wrong with my body! I live in it!!! Didnt let me leave the hospital early enough, but thats just diligence...you dont always like the right answer. Awesome doctor!

LONG STORY SHORT: I had gall bladder surgery done by this doc, got infected, was told i was fine, tried to reach him again to no avail, almost went septic, had to drive my self to london where i was laid out on an emergency room table and cut open with no freezing or anesthetic because i would have died if not! SO thank you to dr. Muhunthan for trying to kill me, and thanks to the doctors of the ER in London for saving my life!!!

I also had gallbladder surgey and found dr.Muhunthan to be very wonderful.. after seeing my family dr. I was very concerned whether or not i needed surgery dr muhunthan was very nice and ansewered all my questions and squashed any doubts my family dr had given me. If i could change anything it would be the office staff.. is she being paid not to answer the phone and being paid to listen to voicemail and call you back 2 days later?? wouldn't it save time to just talk to the person calling??
