This Dr. is very matter of fact. He does listen, but is very head strong and in some conditions, lacks in depth knowledge. For example, sleep apnea is complex in its ramifications, one is prone to becoming overweight, and developing metabolic syndrome with a host of complex issues. His explanation-your just overweight. And on artharitis issues, his solution-loose weight. He seems like a very nice person to be honest. However, on some issues he is lacking. He is attentive, he will see you right away: he is a very serious person to be sure. Some orders he has called in failed to be recieved by the pharmacy; I had found. Staff has misplaced X rays and labs that were not in my chart when seeing this Dr. A couple of his staff were rude and combative on the phone upon a request or modification. If you mention an error it somehow degenerates in a defensive posture on the particular staffs part and a argument with blame and fault finding. I am not sure if the good Dr. is aware of it.

Doesn't seem like he listens very well. Is very attentive to elderly problems. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody. Personality is very bland. Nothing ever really changes when we go to an appointment. Like I said previously, I don't think he listens very well at all....
