Absolute garbage of a Dr. I went in for an issue that I've been dealing with for 3 years. I even told him what the issue was so it'd make it an easy and fast diagnosis. He didn't even care about that issue and was focused on something else entirely. How much of a trash Dr do you need to be to actually ignore the issue somebody comes in with? The issue is now twice as bad.
3 years! 3 years of something that should've been an easy fix.

I find alot of these negative comments highly suspicious. Dr. Jain and his staff are simply the best! You won't find a better dermatologist. Cambridge people should consider themselves lucky to have him! He has saved MANY lives and helped many people over the years. His staff are wonderful, caring, and kind people who work hard to try and accommodate everyones needs...even working weekends. If anything, the way some patients treat the doctor and staff at this office, and many other doctor offices are downright abusive. People ...stop acting like you are the only one who exists on the planet, and learn common decency and respect for people who are trying to help you!!

Expect a long wait in a small crowded room only to be ushered into an even smaller, cluttered office where a small man will treat you rudely for 5 minutes, as if you have disturbed him
How this person stays in business amazes me
Found a REAL dermatologist and never looked back
Run fast and far is my rating and suggestion

He left a very bad first impression. I felt he was arrogant and condescending. Plus the things I went in for he didn't know what it was. I wouldn't go back.

After seeing multiple doctors for a skin rash that kept getting worse, Dr Jain finally found the problem and put me on a medication cream. I had the rash for almost 2 years and now it is almost gone.. He saved my life and he was amazing at my appt. I am glad I went to see him.. He was very professional and we were even joking around and he has a good sense of humour. Very appreciated for what he did for me.

Unprofessional. He said, after a five second rushed skin exam on my upper body, “all was fine,” but after I showed him blemishes on my chest, beneath my hair, he suddenly said, “I don’t know how I missed it. It’s cancer.” Receptionist staff is like “Gate Keepers,” trying to avoid appointments. It’s basic government medical coverage but not medical care.

Dr. Jain is most knowledgeable dermatologist. He helped me and diagnosed me while I was going doctor to doctor, they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Thank you Dr Jain.

My elderly mother went to see Dr. Jain for a skin issue. He could not have been more dismissive of her. Kept telling us he had an appointment in Toronto in an hour so had to make it quick. Why did they book appointments that day then? Took a cursory glance and gave her a generic cream. No tests and no mention of follow up. Rushed her out of the office after literally spending only 5 minutes with her. Worst doctor we have ever seen. His cream did nothing and we will be asking for a referral to a different doctor in future.
