not impressed with how there is always an excuse as to when a followup appt can be made. was told to be back after two months, and can't even make the appointment, as the receptionist says she has never worked for a doctor that won't allow appt bookings past one month."call back" I have gotten x 6 now. So, apparently a 2 month followup appt for skin cancer is really now a 4-6 month one????

This man might be the worse Doctor I have ever seen. He didn't listen, wouldn't do what he was asked to do by my family doctor. He barely looked up from his decade old charts on me to examine my condition and without looking at me made a diagnosis five seconds after entering the room. He refused to take my issues seriously. I told him my doctor had asked him to do a biopsy and he refused. He was rude, rushed me out the door and wanted to blame me for my condition. After pestering him he recommended me to a different specialist. I've heard from other people that doctors in Cambridge are sending patients to Waterloo to avoid sending them to Jain and I understand why. This wasn't my first bad experience with him but it will be my last. The man should retire. He is only interested in pushing people in and out the door to collect his fees.

I found him rude on my first visit but thought I would try again many years later. I just had to cancel due to an emergency situation but even with 24 hrs notice I will be charge $75 and I know that spot will be easily filled from the wait list...don't think I will be giving him a second chance after all.

He was not interested in helping me, he was rude and kept coughing and sniffling and not washing his hands. He also made me feel that my concerns about my skin where nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SO CALL DOCTOR.

I've been a patient of Dr Jain's for over three years and during that time he identified melanoma sites on two occasions, resulting in successful surgery. He does a full body scan every six months for any changes. Dr Jain is knowledgeable and willing to explain the diagnosis and treatment, and address any questions or concerns. He's professional, yet friendly with a sense of humour. I'm fortunate to have him as my dermatologist.

I saw Dr. Jain for my acne and he was amazing. He made me feel comfortable within my own skin and always had great friendly conversation. He gave me hope with my medicine that my acne could get better. And it did. And I couldn’t be happier. Every experience was a pleasure. Thank you Dr.Jain! And reception :) you guys were awesome!!

Third time, for me, seeing Dr. Jain. A true pleasure, all 3 times, being in his care. Allowing for polite chit chat, Dr. Jain treated me quickly, with great respect and humour.
Dr. Jain wrote down his diagnosis on a peace of paper so that I could look it up, if I wished to, on the worlds Internet. I shall always look forward to having any problem I might have, being dealt with by the great Dr. Jain.

Dr. Jain addressed my concern within minutes of seeing me. He showed me references in his own books and treated me kindly and considerately. He has much knowledge, and I was very impressed by the speed at which he solved my issue. He is genuinely an amazing doctor. I do believe that his receptionist needs to be more pleasant and welcoming, but that is a very minor issue.

Dr Jain is excellent. Very direct and to the point. He has saved my life diagnosing my melanoma early.
