After going to six other Dermatologist, Dr. Heine is the only one who treated my psoriasis seriously. The others just treated it as if it were acne. Just didn't care about the seriousness of this disease. He helped me so much. I owe him so much. I was 90 percent covered in plaque psoriasis. Now, I only have small patches on my elbows. With his research and trying new meds, I'm almost clear and live a normal life once again. I'm thankful to him everyday of my life.

It takes many weeks to get an appointment -- which to me indicates how much his services are in demand and valued. He probably could be retired by now but apparently really enjoys what he's doing. He is a good listener and thorough, a significant asset in a town of uncaring providers and outright quacks.

DR.HEINE DISCOVERED A MICROSCOPIC CANCEROUS GROWTH ON MY FACE WHEN THE PREVIOUS DERMATOLOGIST DID NOT DETECT IT. HE'S IS A DOCTOR'S DOCTOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM UNCONDITIONALLY TO ANYONE NEEDING A PHYSICIAN IN HIS FIELD OF SPECIALITY.

I found Dr. Heine to be very good in treating me. No problems at all other than having to make an appointment week's in advance. Friends who go are treated by him are also pleased.

I can't believe the previous review because evrythig written was just the opposite of what I have found. I have been going to Dr Heine for ten years. He is always on time, courteous, thorough in his exam, explains the problem well, welcomes and accepts input, offers treatment options and explain why he recommends a certain one, treats me with respect. Every single time the biopsy report confirms his diagnosis -- he shows me the report. Dr Heine has a great sense of humor. His staff is always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this doctor.

Avoid this jerk!! This is one of those old doctors who are weirder than heck, lost in some strange la-la land, who don't listen. They keep posturing themselves as all-knowing but are in fact closed-minded, they can't correctly diagnose your problem yet they discount your input and suggestions when you describe your symptoms. They immediately jump to a conclusion, or a false diagnosis, and nothing you can say that this-doesn't-sound-like-it is ever going to change their minds. This doctor cannot have a normal conversation or explain things in plain English without comparing your symptoms to weird diseases you've rarely heard of and that mean nothing to you. Incredibly rude, smart-mouthed and apathetic office support staff, who obviously have no concern for their patients and are only in health care for the money. Run, don't walk, from this guy!!
