A very close friend was (because he's letting her go) a patient of Dr. Bradford until they phoned him and said he needed to make an appointment for a day he isn't off work. When he reminded them that the only day he was available was Wednesdays, they informed him they would probably need to let him go as a patient because he couldn't come on the days they wanted him there. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. What compassion this office must have.
