Zero communication. Wrote my mother off. For someone who was supposed to be taking care of her I never once saw him. Made life decisions without consultation with patient or family.

ONE OF THE WORST DOCTORS I'VE EVER GONE TO. HE RUSHED IN AND OUT ON BOTH VISITS. HE DID NOT ATTEMPT TO FIND REASONS/SOLUTIONS FOR ANY OF THE PROBLEMS I RELATED TO HIM.MY VERY HIGH HEART RATE,OVER 122, WAS IGNORED! BEFORE HE CAME IN TO SEE ME, THE NURSE SAID HE WOULD MOST LIKELY ORDER AN EKG DUE TO THE HIGH PULSE. (ALSO HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND DIABETIC). HOWEVER, HE NEVER MENTIONED THE HIGH PULSE. I WAS SO TAKEN ABACK BY HIS QUICK EXIT AND LACK OF 'HEARING' MY SYMPTOMS/PROBLEM AREAS THAT I DIDN'T THINK ABOUT THE PULSE UNTIL HE HAD LEFT. I THEN ASKED THE NURSE.SHE ASKED HIM AND SAID HE WASN'T GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING.I WAS REFERRED TO A CARDIOLOGIST WHO, AFTER LOOKING AT MY MEDICAL RECORD AND EXAMINING ME, HAS DONE AN EKG, ECHO-CARDIOGRAM, & 3RD TEST IS SET UP.YET URUTTIA DID NOTHING. ALMOST FORGOT: I HAD MADE THAT APPT. FOR A YEARLY EXAM SINCE HADN'T HAD ONE FOR YEARS. I TOLD HIM THIS, BUT URUTTIA ONLY CHECKED MY HEART BRIEFLY & ORDERED BLOOD TESTS.DID NOTHING THE NEXT VISIT EITHER

Dr Urrutia recommended Dr Bino Rucker of rejuvenate-you.org. Both docs are amazing. Dr rucker did hcg diet on my brother and he lost 88 lbs!! See either doc for your health.

I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone from newborn to 99. Great bedside manner and wonderful to the kids. Just wish he was a little closer to us.

Very kind and personable. Full of knowledge and doesn't leave his patients in the dark, he educates them and is encouraging. I would say this is an outstanding doctor who doesn't rush you but actually listens to you. I trust him and can count on him.
