She is now part of med star. I like her but the staff at Brandywine is horrible especially after their portal was upgraded in Jan 2018. They are very rude

I love the staff and Dr. Jariwala. Sadly i moved out of state so i had to leave them but they are a great group of people. I was with Pace and Leatherwood for a heath problem and they treated me poorly and it was hard to make appointments there. Jariwala's office would take me in same day or next for urgent calls and when i was there she paid close attention to everything i told her, she didn't just assumed it was one thing and threw pills at me like my last doctor. Jariwala actually ran tests on me and then told me the things it can be etc. And she was never in a rush to push me out of her office. I recommend her 110%. you wont regret it.

I am new patient at Dr. Jariwala's office and the experience was very good. The wait time was around 7 minutes. The waiting room was clean and neat. The staff was pleasant and gave me full attention. Her name was Trish. She is very good. Dr. Jariwala took her time to do the visit. I didn't fill rushed with her like I felt with my previous doctors. Infact, I felt at ease. She was very good answering all my concerns. I will strongly recommend Dr. Jariwala to my friends. Thanks.

As a new patient the staff accomadated me into the doctors schedule working around my limited availablity, they were very helpful!She even called to remind me of my appointment!On arrival I was warmly greeted by the office staff and was given my paperwork.They answered all of my questions in full and made me feel at ease that all insurance issues were well taken care of.Within 10min of arriving I was taken back to the exam room!Soon after Dr.Jariwala greeted me with a smile. Introducing herself,she made me feel very at ease.She listened attentively to all of my medical concerns then offered many knowledgable answers to them.I never was rushed or embarrassed.After thoroughly examining me she collected all of my past medical history,and with my input,she implemented a course of treatment.Leaving the office I felt more confident then I had walking in!Dr.Jariwala was professional, compassonate,and very friendly.The staff were simply a breathe of fresh air.I highly reccommend her!

This doctors office has extremely bad service! The staff was rude and acted as though they hated their job. The doctor was "blah"! She had a strange bedside manner. She wasn't personable at all...

This doctor is more concerned about having tons of patients but has little time to listen to your symptoms and discuss them with you. She is ALWAYS grossly tardy to the office and it takes over 90 minutes to get into a room then you wait to be seen an addition 20-30 minutes after that. She doesn't speaks softly and with a heavy accent that is difficult to understand. She overbooks patients and her office is very disorganized. She also tries to brush patients off quickly without thoughly listening to their medical concerns/problems and requests unneccessary return visits because she doesn't have time to check out all your problems/ailments because after waiting for a long time to be seen...she is overbooked and trying to rush off to see the next patient. She needs additional doctors/staff to help with her patient overload. It seems she is more concerned about making money and less with properly servicing the patients that come to see her. Also the rooms are not very clean either.
