Staff is horrible!!! They kept send me bills four times for an office visit I paid for a year before. They even sent my information to a collection agency. I had to print a bank statement from a year prior to prove I paid the Dr. Girard’s office to the collection agency and Girard’s office for them to stop harassing me. Plus every time they sent the bill to me in the mail I would call the staff right away.

I have been coming to Dr. Girard's office for treatment for years. He and his staff are the best. I tell anyone who needs a Gastro doctor to make a appointment with Dr. Girard.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. I went to see Dr Girard as a 3rd opinion to an abdominal issue I was having, and all he did was look at me and say and what would you like ME to do? Made me feel crazy and almost guilty that I sought out a 3rd opinion to try and fix my problem. He was arrogant and just looked and me with the most condensendng smirk on his face. Horrible, horrible experience. I finally went to a 4th gastro who took the time and found and finally fixed my problem. If youre looking for somebody who is knowlegable but also sympathetic and a human being, do not go to this Dr.

arrogant, pompous and sarcastic. made me feel very uncomfortable and aggravated me intensely. made me feel that i was nuts and he had this sarcastic look on his face everytime i asked him a question. his staff is not helpful. very fake individuals and i just overall felt that no one cared. i will never go back to him again, and i will pay my old gastroenteroligst who doesnt take my insurance cash rather than go to him and be covered by my insurance thats how horrific my experiece was......stay away

I absolutely LOVE "Dr.G" he diagnosed me in the ER when a family Dr. let me go to the point of malnutrition, that was about 12 years ago and I have sent him many patients since. I also LOVE his staff, they have even cried with me at times when I was soo sick, always told me I would be ok and how worried they were about me between visits, and excited to see me getting better. I would not trade them for the world!!
