Great doctor knowledgeable explains well caring
Agree with previous person I don’t think his staff gives him results which is sad

Dr. Drum is among the best of all internists of which I've been in consistent contact. He is respectful of patients, their families, and his staff including hospital rounding. Additionally, he is extremely skilled at listening and documenting carefully and cautiously (while using his in-depth knowledge of all things). His mannerism is 100% in all dealings; he applies this and also communicates with patients and other authorized persons. Fantastic, has a long wait list to be his patient.

Dr Drumm is a great doctor, BUT can NEVER talk directly to him at ANY time. When he was in his old office we were able to talk to him and he would get a better understanding abut the proble and he was able to give direction that were not third party and at times different then what he wanted to tell you. The staff and phone people are COLD and we Truly believe they do not give Dr Drumm the correct information or leave out needed info. We are looking for a new doctor that will pay attention to patients are saying. Sorry Dr Drumm
