Biography
Dr. Tracz is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He received his Medical Doctorate from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, School of Medicine in Stony Brook, NY. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine and his Fellowship in Nephrology at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. He also worked in the laboratory of Dr. Karl Nath at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, NY on a Nephrology Research Training Grant. Dr. Tracz is an Attending Physician at Montefiore Nyack Hospital in Nyack, NY where is he is also a preceptor for third-year medical students. Dr. Tracz is fluent in Spanish and Polish.

Dr. Tracz is a phenomenal physician. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is our favorite specialist and is the perfect combination of brains and heart. We do not trust anyone else but him to manage the diagnosed high blood pressure, anemia and chronic kidney disease. Thanks Dr. Tracz!!!
