It would be wonderful if dr haswell could be training new doctors. He has the best interests of his patients at heart always. I have had several procedures done in hospital by dr haswell, if I could rate him and his team higher I would. I know he is retired but still working to help patients, we should all hope he will continue to do so. The best ratings I have heard come from his staff and those who work with him, he is a testament to excellence.

This man saved my daughters face. My daughter was placed on a wait list as an infant for a plastic surgeon and after nearly 5 years, I got a letter stating the surgeon retired and we had to replace her on new waitlist for another surgeon. Meanwhile, the cyst growing above her eye was getting huge! Thankfully the new surgeon was Dr. Haswell. He did the consultation, as is done before being added to the waitlist, and he was disgusted that the previous surgeon wouldn’t take the time to fix a baby’s face and left her for 4 years while the cyst continued growing. Dr. Haswell bumped my daughter to the top of the list and it was like 2 days later, he took her into surgery! He was extremely kind and friendly, amazing with children, as was his staff. And on top of that, the cyst removed had bone, hair, etc and he did such an amazing job, the scar looked like a cat scratch scar at first, and now it’s only visible up close when trying to look for it above her eyebrow. It’s a shame he won’t be helping anyone else and changing their lives for the better, but I’m thankful everyday my daughter was one of the lives he changed. Thank you and God bless Dr. Haswell.

I'm so confused ..had surgery with Dr Timothy Haswell last year ...had many difficulty after surgery including staff infection... He told me that in one year after the healing has taken place he would re-look at my stomach to see what we could do for the scar and the open wound.
I am now still having severe difficulty with my stomach internally with infections... I called his office. He has retired. Oh my god, how can he do this to his patience?.
I've been told for any further help I have to go to an outpatient or the emergency room.
This is not right. You can't treat people like this. How can he just leave his patience like this?!!!

Carpal Tunnel surgery on both hands, Dr. Haswell took the time to explain the surgery. Dr. Haswell addressed any concerns, answered all of my questions and scheduled follow up appointments post surgery. I am sorry that Dr. Haswell is retiring, he is definitely going to be missed.
Dr. Haswell's staff are to be commended for there professionalism as well

I cannot say enough good things about this doctor and his wonderful team. He performed a surgery that many others before him were reluctant to perform, explained the pros and cons, 100% left the decision up to me and was the only one willing to trust my gut on this - the surgery was 100% successful and after living in pain for soooo long, the absence of pain has been life changing. He is an absolute angel ❤️

I arrived at the hospital on time as was required, was immediately prepared for surgery and was out in 25 minutes- couldn't believe the care, service and wonderful manner of Dr Haswell and his staff. This was one of the rare times that the doctor, himself called me and explained in detail what to expect. Simply put, Dr Haswell is a wonderful doctor and person. We are indeed fortunate to have him and may he continue to practice for a good long time.

I had a large lipoma removed from my neck. When I got in to see Dr .Haswell it was no time at all I had my surgery. I was very impressed with the work he did, He was very knowledgeable, personable ,caring with a great sense of humour . I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a plastic surgeon. I’ve been on a breast reduction waitlist for the last year. Now he’s retiring, and not finishing out the clients he already had booked. While I’m empathetic to covid, and everything that’s happened in this last year… there’s been no attempts made to reschedule me in with someone else. So now I have to start from scratch, on a new waitlist, for a different surgeon. Frustrating, disappointing, and frankly unprofessional.
