At 8:00pm I came into the clinic on an emergency with my 10 year old daughter who has extreme doctor anxiety. My daughter needed stitches. She got upset when the doctor tried to put a needle in her skin to freeze it. Sheri continued to say "I font have fricken time for this, i would like to go home and go to bed, how old is she? This is rediculous, look how she is bahaving" She was the most rudest, unsympathetic medical professional i have ever met. This confirmed my daughters mistrust of doctors. We left there at 12:00am with no medical help and had to continue on to the childrens hospital.

I have been seeing Dr. Lupul since she took over the practice from the previous dr. The only positive thing I can say is she is on time. She doesn't listen, doesn't run test, and is quick the pass the buck to specialists for small problems. I don't thing she would know my name if she saw me without a file. I don't think she has any understanding or compassion for her patients. She doesn't seem to be very confident in her knowledge and depends on others to do her work. I do not recomment this doctor at all!

This was my second child and I found that she did not listen to me as far as what my body did the last time. As a result, she sent me for one ultrasound per month, which got to be tiring when the results were the same every time. She was pleasant enough, and good for her purpose but I would not recommend her. I also found the post natal care for the Peter Lougheed Group (to which she is a member) to be frustratingly absent.

I love her. My children are probably older than she is but she sure knows her stuff for being so young. I hope that she never leaves Airdire!

I've enjoyed Dr.Lupul as a doctor. She seems comfident and knowledgeable. She does not waste me time (i've never waited longer than 5 minutes after my arrival) or make me worry. She has helped me to have a very enjoyable pregnancy.

This Doctor poorly explained the procedure and complications. She showed little care for patient comfort and provided useless follow-up directions.

I like that Dr. Lupul is positive, fun, and never pressures us to vaccinate our child (as most medical personnel do, even though our child has severely reacted to vaccines). She respects our decision. I also like that Dr. Lupul doesn't judge us as incompetent patients, as most doctors seem to do.

Dr.Lupul delivered my second baby. I started going to her about 7 months pregnant and she did seem a bit rushed. I was glad it was my second pregnancy because I knew what I was doing and didn't have too many questions. Had it been my first pregnancy I think I would have been more annoyed with her lack of time and patience. She ended up delivering my baby and was fantastic. No complications and great bed side manner. I wish I could stay with her as my family physician. I also loved the fact that there was virtually no wait time in the lobby.
