Dr. Viser is very knowledgeable and seems genuinely interested in me and my husband's care. He is willing to listen to our input and takes it into consideration.

Appointments are fairly quick and urgent matters are always addressed. I got a personal letter regarding my complete physical exam and lab results directly from the doctor. He adheres to a pretty strict time schedule and is prompt. If something happens that delays service, his staff informs the patients and gives them options rather than having you wait indefinitely in the waiting room. He uses real sheets and gowns rather than those cold flimsy paper ones. He also will stand up to insurance companies if a recommended treatment or test is denied often getting payment from them. His office staff remains constant so I have to think he's a good employer. His staff is usually very friendly and helpful.
