Told me I was fine but when I received my reports it told me other wise. Useless doctors. Don’t know how she’s still in practice. Not happy and something will be done.

As our family Dr in Powassan, Dr Buck is thorough, patient and caring. We have not had a better physician and the daytime front office staff are exceptional.

I brought a high risk infant to the ER as my Dr was closed. She laughed at me told me I shouldn't have bring baby in and didn't even do an exam

Dr. Buck has served my wife and I for 2-3 years. Recently I visited her on her first return from vacation. She had a full waiting room and busy day. She took all the time needed for me to explain my situation. She was able to review with me, explain what the thought and walk thru all the steps we would take and tests arranged to get it resolved. She was confident, positive, respectful and kind. I am still recovering but have never had a doctor do more or with more empathy. Three cheers for Dr. Buck and her kind, capable and knowledgeable staff. 👍

I sat for 6 hours in emerge, for her to tell me there was not much going on with me, maybe Bell’s palsy, maybe a viral infection,
No tests done. That was it. Sent me on my way.
I went to my family dr today. I have a salivary gland stone!
So thanks for nothing doc! I understand the emerge is busy and there’s a lot going on! But in the very least, you could order blood work!
I never go to emerge! I haven’t been in years! And she just made me not ever want to go back’ next time I go to emerge, I will be unresponsive and taken by ambulance, because I will never willingly go again! Useless! I guess it was too close to her dinner time!

I was very pleased with Dr Buck she seemed very knowledgeable about my situation took the time to order tests and the staff was helpful and friendly.

This doctor isn't only packing bedside manner, she's lacking common decency for patients. Accused me of wanting to refill narcotics and being a drug addict. Gave me the whole lecture on how the er can't refill narcotics and finally she shut up so I could point out I just wanted a repeat on heartburn pills......... disgusting treatment, anxiety is now a part of my day when I have to deal with this doctor or hospital

What happened to bedside manner? I did not feel like I was able to talk about everything I needed to discuss. I was disappointed and I did not feel heard. I felt as though it was a rushed 10 mins.
