Due to complete lack of concern and taking people seriously, our family has suffered two very great losses. May he continue to treat his OTHER patients with mindfulness and concern so they do not have to suffer like our family has had to. Not too sure why we have been failed by the healthcare system thus far, but to his living patients, good luck.

I don't understand why this doctor is in practice, his staff is very poor, to get into see him is virtually impossible, and to get referrals to doctors who specialize seems to be a chore.
Not recommended for a family physician as he seems overwhelmed with his current patient numbers.
Clearly has minimum regard for his patients and I get the feeling he would be better suited as a chair warmer.
Go to the clinic or hospital as you will at least get results

I have been seeing Dr. Bobby since he first came to Simcoe, and I have been impressed with his knowledge and bedside manner. He seems to really care and takes the time to explain things you may not understand. He helped me during a very hard chapter of my life and went above and beyond any other doctor I have every been too.

I have been seeing Dr. Bobby since he first started here in Simcoe 7+ yrs. ago. I was VERY impressed with his knowledge about Fibromyalgia, something many older Dr's thought was "in our heads". Yes, he was a brand new Dr., finding his footing when he arrived. His compassion and his eagerness to actually "listen" to his patients is top notch. He has always co-operated if I felt I needed an xray, ct scans, appointments with specialists or a trial of medication I have researched or heard from a reliable source. Do not be afraid to ask him for any specific test or medication, he listens to me, acts on my suggestions and does not show ANY arrogance that sometimes go with G.P.'s. So, so pleased that he actually trusts what I convey to him instead of pushing me aside as a Patient that has no authority. I am frightened about the thought of him moving from our area. Completely professional, compassionate, empathetic and up to date on the latest techniques and trials. Now a senior patient..started as a Patient in 09 when Dr. Dukelow retired. Thank Goodness I didn't change to the other new G.P. bc he left after 1 year.

He is there for his patients not the pay check. Sometimes you have to talk to him like a person and he will do the same. Overall he is the best replacement for Dr. Kramer. 4/5 on punctuality because he spends time with his patients and this can slow things down sometimes. But if that upsets you, there is a pill for that. Keep it up the great work Dr. Bobby!

I had Dr Kramer for my Dr. for a very long time. After he left I was Concerned about a new Dr.But I can say as it turned out, I am more than Happy with Dr. Bobby. He is very easy to talk with, and does listen to any concerns you may have. He is concerned for your well being, and will help you with anything he can. Im very pleased to have Dr. Bobby as my physician.

He's a young man but has the patience and skills of a much older serving doctor. He is pleasant and takes the time actually required to assess your problems, he's a wonderful addition to this town, I wish we could clone a few more more of him.

Overall, I am quite happy with Dr. Bobby. He has been here for about 7 years now as he replaced Dr. Dukelow who retired. Sometimes I have had a call at the last minute to rebook a physical examination, but aside from that he has an excellent bedside manner and he doesn#t rush you at all. He will answer your questions even if you have several medical issues to bring to his attention. Overall I am quite happy with Dr. Bobby

Terrible experience with this doctor; he appears to only cares about himself. He won't refer to specialists when necessary due to the what he says is the work that it causes for him. He is unavailable when needed, books 10 min appointments and annoyed if you need more time, and does not get to root of any issue. Overall he appears to just not care about his patients and their long term health. Find another doctor if you can.
